I have vast knowledge of Orange County having lived and worked in the area for over 30 years.

Not only am I a Realtor, but I also have my Brokers license. I chose to get my Brokers license so I can offer my clients better service. The Brokers license proves that I have more dedication, knowledge and understanding of the real state and mortgage market than the average agent. This benefits my clients in that I am able to write and interpret real estate contracts and negotiate with other agents in such a way as to provide my clients with the most trouble free real estate experience, even after the close of escrow.

I began my career in Information Technology and Project Management with a strong emphasis on Customer Service. This has carried over into my real estate career. My attention to my client’s needs and details set me apart from the average agent. I listen to your needs and wants as well as am tentative about keeping my clients updated on any an all situations. I also use my vast knowledge in Information Technology and the web to help my clients before and during escrow.
